Next to my classic vanilla chocolate cupcake,here comes my next cupcake brownies.Brownies are super baked goodies which came from North America and these are made with chocolates which are either semi sweet or dark one.I prefer dark chocolate which are melted using double boiler along with some butter or milk and added with flour and baking powder.These are light like air and fluffy with rocky top.I baked these chocolaty beauties at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and i want the gooey core.These are definitely a hit recipe with kids and in home my sisters loved this and these are finished within minutes.Making brownies in loaf pan or any other pan,cups are easy to serve and easy to pack for parties.This can be perfectly goes with yummy creamy vanilla ice cream and yummy custard too.Lets move onto the recipe...
Ingredients for making
Whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Chocolate - both semi sweet and dark
Milk -1/4 cup
Powdered sugar-2 tablespoons
Recently boiled water- as needed
Vanilla essence- 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
How to make
Sieve flour with baking powder in the mixing bowl.
Whisk milk with sugar.Melt chocolates and butter in double boiler and add it to the milk.
Add vanilla essence and add the flour mixture to it.
Add recently boiled water to it and make a sticky shiny batter.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter half of the portion in cupcake liners.
Bake for 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
Check the crust is like rocky one and remove after 15 minutes.
Cool in wire rack completely.
Serve with the scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Use your own flavorings and nuts there.
Use hazelnuts for more richer brownies.
